Our office does not require a referral to schedule an appointment; however, some insurance plans require a referral to cover the cost of the visit. We recommend contacting your insurance carrier if you are unsure.

How much will my visit cost?
An initial office visit generally ranges from $100 to $240 depending on insurance coverage and the complexity of your healthcare needs. Subsequent or follow-up office visits range from $70 to $170. There will be additional costs for any diagnostic procedures performed, including CT scans, hearing tests, scopes, ultrasounds, etc.

Your copay, which is due at the time of the visit, will vary depending on your specific insurance plan. Usually it can be found on your insurance card under specialist or office visit copay. If you have any questions about your copay, we recommend contacting your insurance carrier.
How quickly can I get in?
Appointment availability varies based on which doctor you prefer to see and which office location is closest to you. Most patients can get an appointment within 1 week. At which hospitals do your doctors perform surgery?
Our doctors perform surgeries at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center (Provo), American Fork Hospital (American Fork), Mountain Point Medical Center (Lehi), and Timpanogos Regional Hospital (Orem). Our doctors also perform outpatient surgeries at Central Utah Surgical Center (Provo). The hospital at which your surgery is scheduled is dependent on your insurance plan.
